RETURN BOX PROGRAM

At Stoneberg Alpacas we try to be as sustainable as possible with our packaging. We do our part to minimize waste with the boxes and liners that your meat is shipped in.

You will receive your meat order in a shipping box with an insulator to keep your meat cold.

 

With our Return Box program, you can ship your box back to us. After you return 10 boxes, you will receive a $50 meat credit. It's our way of saying thank you to our loyal customers.

The following instructions regarding returning the box and liner are placed inside your shipping box:

• You can mail the box back to us using US Postal Service. You can return boxes via ‘Media Mail’ for approximately $5.00 with a gently used or new book in the box; we will donate to a local rural school or library.  After you send us back 10 boxes, you will receive a $50 meat credit.

• Place a new or used book in the box (just a book or books, gifts don’t qualify). Close the box with tape and its ready for return!

• Add the appropriate postage in stamps or mail at post office
